Anxious about driving? You're not alone

anxious about driving

We know that learning to drive can be stressful and cause a lot of anxiety. In fact, our research has shown more than half (52%) of young drivers feel nervous when learning to drive.

It’s even tougher now, in the middle of a pandemic – more than one third (36%) of young drivers say COVID-19 has heightened their anxiety while learning to drive.

You’re not alone. To do our small bit to help, we’re giving away 31 subscriptions to a mindfulness
app that can help with sleep, meditation and relaxation.

If you’re feeling anxious, then it might just help.

Entering our giveaway is easy:

Follow Veygo on the social media you’re entering on: TikTok, Instagram or Facebook
