Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter of this prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is Veygo, a trading name of Able Insurance Services Limited (the “Promoter”). Able Insurance Services Limited is registered in England and Wales at Tŷ Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH (Reg. No. 02890075). Able Insurance Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm reference number: 311649).
  2. Employees of the Admiral Group of companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
  3. The Prize Draw will opens at 0:00 on Tuesday 8 July and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 3 August 2025. Entries received outside of these dates and times will not be accepted.
  4. The Prize Draw will be hosted on Instagram via the @VeygoUK channel and online at www.veygo.com/flexyoursummer/.
  5. Only one entry via any platform will be valid. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
  6. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over who are based in the UK at the time of entry (each an “Entrant”).
  7. Winners (each a “Winner”) will be selected at random using a computer-generated process that ensures verifiably random results. A total of four (4) Winners will be selected.
  8. This Prize Draw cannot be combined with any other promotion or Prize Draw.
  9. The prize (the “Prize”) consists of two (2) camping tickets to Reading Festival 2025 (the “Event”). The Prize does not include transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses, which are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
  10. The Winner and if applicable, their guest must attend Reading Festival 2025. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.  Any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternative Winner.
  11. Reading Festival 2025 is organised by Festival Republic. Use of the tickets is subject to the event organiser’s terms and conditions, available at: readingfestival.com/ticket-tcs/.
  12. The Prize may only be used once.
  13. No cash or alternative prize is available.
  14. A maximum of two (2) tickets will be awarded per Winner.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this Prize Draw at any time if the circumstances make this necessary.
  16. Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of the Prize may result in the forfeiture and termination of the insurance policy.
  17. Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email within three (3) days of the competition closing.  Each Winner must respond within 2 days from the time of contact to claim the Prize. If a Winner does not respond within the 2 day period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative Winner.
  18. Tickets will be sent to each Winner via email within five (5) days of their acceptance of the Prize.
  19. Internet access is required to enter the Prize Draw. The Promotor is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent Entry.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.
  21. By entering the Prize Draw, Entrants agree to:
    1. be bound by these terms and conditions; and
    2. be contacted by the Promoter for marketing purposes if they have opted in at the point of Entry.
  22. Entrants can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of emails or by contacting the Promoter at  www.veygo.com/contact/.
  23. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize or as required by law.
  24. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are  subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
