New Driver Research – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are a contract between you and Able Insurance Services Limited (part of the Admiral Group) based at (Tŷ Admiral. David Street. Cardiff, City and County of Cardiff CF10 2EH) (described as “we”, “our” or “us” in this document) in respect of the Able Insurance Services Limited Menopause Research Study (the “Study”).

  1. By participating in this Study you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. All participants must be 17 years and over and previously purchased with Veygo.
  3. Calls may be recorded for playback and training Please note that it is possible to change your background if you do not wish it to feature in the video using the following instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/change-your-background-in-microsoft-teams-meetings-f77a2381-443a-499d-825e-509a140f4780. It is acceptable to have your camera off during the video call if you would rather.
  4. The Study will provide us with insight into the following area; New Driver Research
  5. The study consists of a single 30 minute interview conducted through Microsoft Teams. We recommend you read their privacy notices which can be found here as they will act as data controller where you sign up for a personal account with them and responsible for how they process your personal data.
  6. You agree that the personal data and images provided to Us are used by Us solely for research purposes. Any personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with our privacy policy found at https://www.veygo.com/privacy-policy/. We will share pseudonymised interview transcripts of the interviews within the product team, for use in line with our privacy policy.
  1. You will receive a £20 Amazon voucher for completing the 30 minute interview, this voucher will go to the email address you have supplied us with.
  2. In order to be eligible to be selected to win a £20 Amazon voucher, participants must book and complete the video chat.
  3. Employees of the Admiral Group companies, and their families are not permitted to be involved in this promotion.
  4. Veygo reserves the right to disqualify participants immediately if any of the terms and conditions are breached.
  5. The terms and conditions of this promotion do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any Veygo Insurance policy which may be purchased.
  6. Participants can leave the study at any time, and request for their data to be deleted by emailing the project coordinator at [joseph.lewis@veygo.com]
  7. All personal data will be held by Us and deleted from our system 90 days after the end of the Study, excluding aggregated and anonymised data.
  8. Personal data will be stored within the EU or UK and where we need to transfer it outside of those regions we will ensure there are adequate safeguards in place to protect your data including encryption.
  9. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, and they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
  10. Participants have the right to refer any query or complaint they may have to us at any If your query/complaint relates to our processing of your personal data then the Information 16. Commissioner’s Office (ICO) may be able to assist, further information can be found on their website

  12. By entering the competition/Prize draw with Veygo, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
  13. Participants will require internet to enter this competition. The promoter will not be liable for any technical
    or computer failures of any kind that limit participants from entering the competition/prize draw.
  14. Veygo reserves the right to end the survey when they see fit.
