Learner + New Driver Early Adopters Test – Terms and Conditions

By participating in Veygo’s Learner + New Driver Early Adopters Test you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • By joining the Early Adopters test you’re committing to take part in monthly virtual interviews with our Product Designers and monthly online surveys to complete. The feedback gathered will provide us with insight into understanding how we can better serve our Learner + New Driver customers and guide us on any fixes or changes that might be required, ahead of releasing to more customers.
  • Participants will be contacted directly by a Veygo Product Designer between the 8th and the 20th of April 2025 via email, to invite you to book the first interview feedback session. Subsequent interview sessions will be booked in the same manner. Each session will last approximately 30-40 minutes and conducted via Microsoft Teams. Online surveys will be sent monthly via email.
  • The customer feedback process will last between 3-5 months from purchase of the Learner + New Driver policy. This will cover the onboarding process, and check-ins at key milestones such us passing the driving test.
  • Participants will receive Amazon vouchers for completing each session. Incentives are structured as follows:
    • £20 for onboarding (20 minutes)
    • £50 for each of the next four sessions (30-40 minutes each)
    • £15-£20 for ad hoc unmoderated tests/surveys

To be eligible for the full incentive amount, participants must be 17 years old and over, and complete all required sessions.

  • Participants will receive the Amazon vouchers via email within 3-5 working days after completing each interview feedback session or survey. We reserve the right to substitute the voucher for a reward of equal or greater value. This applies to the reward as a whole or certain elements of it. The reward must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
  • The total amount of Amazon vouchers will only be offered in return for the feedback sessions and completed surveys conducted between April 2025 and October 2025. We will not be offering this incentive for sessions run outside of these dates, unless specified elsewhere. Veygo reserves the right to end this promotion when we see fit. A maximum of 5 x £50 vouchers will be issued as part of the feedback process. Additional Amazon vouchers will be issued as part of the onboarding and ad hoc online tests/surveys.
  • This research is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Amazon or Microsoft Teams.
  • We reserve the right to revoke eligibility for the Amazon voucher if you join the online interview session more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, and do not reschedule for a different time.
  • With your permission, we may record the session using audio, video and/or screen recording. You agree that the personal data provided to us may be shared with other Veygo employees and used by us solely for research purposes. Any personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with the Admiral group privacy policy.
  • Participants can leave the study at any time, and request for their personal data to be deleted by emailing the project coordinator at research@veygo.com
  • Participants have the right to refer any query or complaint they may have to us at any time. If your query/complaint relates to our processing of your personal data then the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) may be able to assist, further information can be found on their website.
  • Participants will require good internet access to take part in the virtual interview sessions, and use of a tablet or laptop (i.e., not just a phone). Veygo will not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit participants from taking part in the interviews.

These terms and conditions are governed by the English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
