If the app records a journey incorrectly, you can reclassify it:

  1. Open the trip in question
  2. Tap ‘Reclassify Trip’
  3. Select the icon that best represents your mode of travel (e.g., train, bus, passenger)
  4. Click ‘Continue’ to save the changes
