What if the app records a trip incorrectly?
If the app records a journey incorrectly, you can reclassify it:
- Open the trip in question
- Tap ‘Reclassify Trip’
- Select the icon that best represents your mode of travel (e.g., train, bus, passenger)
- Click ‘Continue’ to save the changes
Please use this feature responsibly, as frequent misclassification may lead to further investigation. Your scores should be recalculated immediately.
