What if my device is not compatible?

The Veygo by Admiral app is compatible with iOS and Android smartphones, but there are operating service and hardware requirements to enable things to run smoothly. iOS devices require iOS 15 and above, and Android requires at least Android 9, and for the device to include a gyroscope.

Unfortunately if you have purchased a policy and find out later that your device is not compatible, you will either need to login and track your journeys from a compatible device, or cancel your policy.
