Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern our Refer a Friend programme (“Referral Programme”). By participating in the Referral Programme, you agree to these terms.

1. How the Referral Programme Works

If you refer a friend using your unique code:

Your friend will receive £10 off their first eligible policy

You will receive a £10 referral reward once your friend’s first eligible policy has been completed

Referral rewards are applied as a discount against the purchase of an eligible policy and are not redeemable for cash.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Programme:

To refer, you must have either previously purchased a policy, or have an active policy

Your friend must be a new customer who has not previously purchased a policy through us

Both you and your friend must meet any eligibility requirements applicable to the policy being purchased.

The Referral Programme currently applies only to eligible short term cover policies. Subscription products are currently excluded.

3. Friend Discount

Your friend will receive:

£10 off their first eligible policy purchased using a valid code.

The policy premium must be at least £11 before the referral discount is applied.

The referral discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.

4. Referrer Reward

As the referrer, you will receive:

A £10 referral reward after your friend’s first eligible policy has been completed

The reward will be added to your account and can be used towards a future eligible policy

To redeem a referral reward:

Select an eligible policy type

The policy premium must be at least £11 before the reward is applied

Only one referral reward can be used per policy purchase

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person

5. Referral Limits

The following limits apply:

A maximum of 30 successful referrals may be made using a referral code within any calendar month

We reserve the right to withhold, cancel or remove referral rewards where we reasonably believe a referral code has been shared publicly, used fraudulently, or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms

6. Combining Discounts

Referral discounts and referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discount codes, offers or incentives.

Only one discount or reward may be applied to a policy purchase.

7. Cancellations

If a referred friend’s policy is cancelled before the policy ends:

The referrer will not receive the £10 referral reward

Any pending referral reward will not be applied to the referrer’s account
