We respond to most emails within 15 minutes during working hours.

Our working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Saturday – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (email only)
  • Sunday – Closed

As a guide, try to include the following in your email:

  • When did the accident happen
  • Where did the accident happen (name of road)
  • What was your speed at the time of the accident
  • What were you using the car for (For example, shopping, commuting to work)
  • What’s the damage to your vehicle
  • Were there any passengers with you
  • Were there any other vehicles or people involved
  • Details of anyone else involved in the accident (For example, vehicle registration, name, contact number)
  • Was anyone injured
  • Were the emergency services called (For example, police, ambulance)
  • Explain what happened in detail
  • Are you looking to make a claim, or do you just want to report the incident
