We respond to most emails within 15 minutes during working hours.
Our working hours are:
- Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (email only)
- Sunday – Closed
As a guide, try to include the following in your email:
- When did the accident happen
- Where did the accident happen (name of road)
- What was your speed at the time of the accident
- What were you using the car for (For example, shopping, commuting to work)
- What’s the damage to your vehicle
- Were there any passengers with you
- Were there any other vehicles or people involved
- Details of anyone else involved in the accident (For example, vehicle registration, name, contact number)
- Was anyone injured
- Were the emergency services called (For example, police, ambulance)
- Explain what happened in detail
- Are you looking to make a claim, or do you just want to report the incident
